Settings can help users flexibly setup how they would like their products to be imported or pushed in OmniSell





Auto-import from channel to Product Center


When you toggle on this option, your items will be automatically synced to the app. The auto-sync will be based on the time that you first setup in our app, and the Next sync will be repeated every 3 hours from it.



Overwrite


When you toggle on this option, our app will overwrite the product (variant) information to keep them consistent across your available channels. With our new version, you can flexibly choose to update the product or/and variant info in our app.



Product info


You can tick on the available options that we offer such as product description, product title, product image, etc., to update that info into our app



Variant info


When you choose this option, it will replace the existing Product Center variant information with a new one from the channels, and the existing Product Center variants will be retained if the new ones have errors. This option includes updating the variant trait, variant value, variant image, variant SKU, etc.,.



Source Filter


You can sort out your items that you would want to import to our app with 2 options:

Product status: Filter by products' status published or unpublished


Product Collections: The system will get products in following collections from your Shopify store


All Products: The system will take all products from your Shopify store.
Include Collections: The system will get products in the following collections from your Shopify store.
Exclude Collections: The system will get products from your Shopify store and exclude products from these collections







Update product info


When you toggle on this feature, it will maintain product information consistency between Product Center and channels by auto updating it



Manual update


If you would need to update the product information immediatelly without waiting for the schedule sync, you can follow this step:

Go to our app > Push to channels > Listings > Select the item that you would like to update the info > Click Manual Update



Auto-daily update


When you toggle on this option, your items will be automatically synced to the app. The auto-sync will be based on the time that you first setup in our app, and the Next sync will be repeated every 3 hours from it.



Overwrite


When you toggle on this option, our app will overwrite the product (variant) information to keep them consistent across your available channels.



Product info: You can tick on the available options that we offer such as product description, product title, product image to update that info into our app



Variant info: With variant info, you can choose to replace or update the information into our app

Replace: replace the existing Product Center variant information with a new one from the channels, and the existing Product Center variants will be retained if the new ones have errors.

Update: update the existing Product Center variant information with a new one based on the variant trait (e.g. Color, Size) in the Product Center and skip the one that doesn't match or has errors.




Auto-Modify


When you toggle on this feature, the products will automatically be adjusted for common errors to match sales channel standards and be pushed successfully



You can click on View all to select the modification types that you want to apply to products



Price Adjustment


When you toggle on this feature, it will allow you to modify the prices of each store based on the Product Center's prices.
