Settings can help users to set how their products are to be imported and pushed to eBay Store.
Auto-import from channel to Product Center
Your products will be automatically synced to the app when you enable this mode. The auto-sync time will be repeated every 3 hours from the time you set the schedule sync.
Overwrite
When users toggle on this option, the app will overwrite the product (variant) information to keep them consistent across users' available channels. Moreover, users can flexibly choose to update the product or/and variant info in the Onnisell app.
Product info
In this section, users can update product information directly from the app by clicking on Product title, Product description, Product image, Dimension, and Weight.
Variant info
With the new version, users can update the information of the variant directly in app. When clicking on Variant info, this function will replace the existing Product Center variant information with a new one from the channels, and the existing Product Center variants will be retained if the new ones have errors.
Then, user can choose one of the information to update the variant as desired such as Variant trait, Variant value, Variant image, Variant quantity, Variant SKU.
Source Filter
Filter the products that you want to import into our app with this function.
Time the product was created : Filter by the time the product was created .
Product Category : Filter products by channel's category which are All categories or Specific category .
Update product info
When you toggle on this feature, it will maintain product information consistency between Product Center and channels by auto updating it
Manual update : Users can update information manually without waiting for sync time following steps below :
From Dashboard > Select Push to Channel
Choose Listing> Select product that users want to update
Click on Manual Update
Auto-daily update
Your products will be automatically synced to the app when you enable this mode. The auto-sync time will be repeated within the next every 3 hours from the time you set the sync.

Similar to import settings, when users toggle on this option, the app will overwrite the product (variant) information to keep them consistent across users' available channels.
- Product info : Users can tick on the available options that we offer such as Product description, Product title, Product image, Dimension and Weight to update that info into our app
- Variant info : There are two options to choose which are Replace or Update the information into app
Replace: replace the existing Product Center variant information with a new one from the channels, and the existing Product Center variants will be retained if the new ones have errors.
Update: update the existing Product Center variant information with a new one based on the variant trait (e.g. Color, Size) in the Product Center and skip the one that doesn't match or has errors.
Auto modify
The products will automatically be adjusted for common errors to match sales channel standards and be pushed successfully with this function.
When click on "View all", users can select the modification types to apply to products
Price Adjustment
This feature allows users to modify the prices of each store base on Product Center's prices
