FAQ: Why is the subscription widget not showing on my website?

There are 3 reasons:
You haven't set up payment gateway with any required gateways.
Shopify currently requires all merchants looking to install any subscription app to use Shopify Payment, Stripe, Paypal express gateway, Apple Pay, Shop pay or Authorized.Net only.
Please go to your Shopify admin > Settings > Payments to set up payment gateway.
You can see all qualifying criteria for Shopify subscription API here: Eligibility Criteria
You have not turned on SubBox app embeds yet. Please go to your Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize at Current theme > App embeds > turn on SubBox
Your theme has been customized, and this leads to the app that can not insert code into the theme. In this case, please contact our support team via in-app live chat or email at support@onecommerce.io to receive fast and accurate assistance.
