Create Shipping Template for eBay

You may have multiple shipping details to map which specific products. Here, we can help you to setup and manage to map the Shipping template to the items you want.

At the onboarding process, our app will require users to create a Shipping template and this template will be used to auto map to all of your imported products. If you have another shipping info and need to create them, please follow the below instruction:

Select Products Listing tab > Choose Shipping template > Click on + Shipping template button




There are 2 main ways for you to add the Shipping Template:


Select the existed Shipping Template that you have already created from your eBay




Create a new template


When you click on "Add new", our app will redirect you to your eBay page to create a Shipping Policy



Please help us click on Create Policy > Shipping to start setting up your Shipping Policy from eBay

After complete setting up the Shipping Policy from your eBay, please go back to the Shipping Template's creation in our app > Click on Refresh from eBay to get your newest shipping policy




Our app will pull over your shipping information for that template. You can also click on "Edit on eBay" to change the info if needed




Item locations: You can click on Add new to setup new items location or click on Edit to change the info of the existed locations




After filling in all of the information needed, please click Create to complete the Shipping Template
