How to solve the disconnected issue on Google feed
If your Google feed has suddenly stopped syncing, don't worry—you're not alone! This issue happens when the feed is disconnected from Google Merchant Center. The two most common causes are:
Socialhead was removed from your Google account.
The email used to connect the feed has been removed from Google Merchant Center.
Below, we'll walk you through each situation and how to fix it.
If Socialhead lost access to your Google account, your feed will stop syncing. Here's how to check and restore access:
Check app permissions
Go to Google account permissions to see if Socialhead has access. Please use this link : https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Reconnect Socialhead
- Open FeedHub and go to the Feed Center.
- Hover over the exclamation mark next to the disconnected feed.
- Click the Reconnect button.

Log in with the correct email
-Sign in using the email that originally connected to Google Merchant Center.
-Grant Socialhead permission to access your Google account.

Confirm feed status
Once reconnected, your feed should work normally again.

If you see a message saying, "The credentials have been invalid because the Socialhead app has been removed from Google," but Socialhead still has access to your Google account, the issue is likely that the email originally used to connect the feed was removed from Google Merchant Center.

Check which email was used
- Open your feed in FeedHub.
- Look at the top-right corner to see the email and Google Merchant Center ID associated with it.

Verify email access
-Go to Google Merchant Center and check if the listed email still has access.
- If not, contact the account owner or an admin to restore access.

Reconnect the feed
-Once your email has access again, go back to FeedHub.
-Hover over the exclamation mark and click Reconnect.
-Log in with the correct email to restore the feed.

If the original email used for the feed cannot be restored, you will need to create a new feed using a different email and connect it to Google Merchant Center.
