How to solve the disconnected issue on Google feed
Normally, the products' data will be synced automatically to Google Merchant Center via the feed which is generated by FeedHub on its sync schedule but sometimes this process could be disrupted due to the feed disconnection. There are two main reasons for this: Socialhead was removed its access to the Google account that was used to created the feed and The email used to connect the feed has been removed from the Google Merchant account. This article will explain clearly each situations and how to solve it.
For this case, you can check the apps with the access to your Google account via this link: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
If Socialhead was removed its access, you can totally grant it back by going to your Feed Center in FeedHub, hover on the exclamation mark and click on Reconnect button.
Find, log in the correct email and allow Socialhead to access your Google Account.
After that, your feed will be re-connected and can work normally again.
When you go to FeedHub's Feed Center and hover on the exclamation mark, a notification appears and says that "The credentials has been invalid because the Socialhead app has been removed from Google" but you have checked and found that Socialhead still has its access to your Google account, this means the email account that you used to connect the feed with the Google Merchant Center account at first place has been removed from this Google Merchant account.
In order to check which email was used to connect the feed to the Google Merchant, kindly open the feed and look at the top right conner. The detailed information will show the email account and the ID of the Google Merchant account that this feed is connected to.
Kindly check whether this email can access to the Google Merchant whose ID matching the one in your Google feed or not. In case the email which connected the FeedHub's feed can not access to the Google Merchant account, kindly contact the owner or other people which has the Admin role to provide your email the access again.
After that, go back to FeedHub, at Feed Center, hover on the exclamation mark and click on the Reconnect button to relink the feed, log in correct email and your feed now will work normally again.

In case the email that was used to connect the feed in FeedHub can not be accessible due to different reasons, you have no choice but create another feed with another email this time and connect it to your Google Merchant Center.
