How to set up the Customer portal?

This function allows you to make modifications to your customer portal and drive higher subscription retention. Let's see which things you can set up with it!

Please go to the Settings > Customer Portal to set up the Customer portal permission, Customer portal label and Customer portal control. Please join with us to find them out in detail!




1. Customer portal permission





In here, it allows you to give your customers some rights and obligations which suitable for your subscription stategies. You can turn on or turn off the functions that will be displayed on the Customer portal page such as Cancel/Reactive their subscription, Pause/Resume their subscription, Skip/recover their order,...




2. Customer portal label





In here, you can update the information that your customers will see in the Customer portal page such as Account management display, Subscriptions management display, Subscriptions details display,...




3. Customer portal control





In here, the app has some default cancellation reasons, you can also click Add More Reasons button for adding further reasons
