How to create one?

The regular would be to create a Shop with Facebook Commerce Manager. To do so, you must own a Facebook Commerce Manager account and meet certain requirements from Facebook. Moreover, you have to go through several steps to set up one.

We know this can be quite hard to follow if you are a newbie, so a faster and simpler way would be to use our app - Socialhead. You can create a Facebook Page Shop right in FeedHub with our Facebook Business Extension (FBE). This means NO Facebook Business accounts, pages, catalogs, etc. are needed except for a Facebook regular account.

First, you need to create your feed. Please refer to this article for more details.

After creating your feed, you can now create your Facebook Page Shop by clicking Enable Page Shop

At this stage, you will be directed to Facebook. If you do not have a Shop section in your Page yet, simply click on Add to add it without switching to your Page.

Then, click on Add Plugin to sync the data feed to your newly created Page Shop

You can now check out your new Page Shop by clicking on View. There, you can customize your Facebook Page Shop as you want.

It will take around 1-3 hours before your product feed is synced to Facebook completely. Now you have your feed ready, and your Page Shop all set up!
