We just released the Fulfillment schedule feature, it will help you manage the fulfillment schedule and you will not miss the day that you need to deliver the package to your customer. Let's discover it!!

Please go to Subscription > Subscription Management tab > click on a subscription, you will see the Fulfillment schedule tab. It will show the fulfillment schedule as the same the fulfillment schedule in the order on Shopify admin. This feature is available for the Prepaid and Prepaid (auto renew) types.






The fulfillment schedule status


- Unfulfilled: it will appear on the day that you need to do the fulfillment process in order on Shopify admin. It will be changed to Fulfilled after you finish the process.
- Fulfilled: it will appear once you've done the fulfillment process on Shopify admin.
- Scheduled: all the next fulfillment schedules have this status.
- Partially fulfilled: it will appear if an order has multiple items but you have not fully delivered all of them.
- Onhold: it will appear if the fulfillment process is paused on the Shopify admin.

Reschedule


For the next fulfillment date, you can use the Reschedule button to move the order day and it will automatically move the subsequent orders corresponding to keep the frequency.

For example: if the fulfillment day is Jan 6, you can move it to Jan 7 or Jan 8 based on your customer's requirements. If you move it to Jan 8 so the following fulfillment day is moved to Jan 11 to keep the frequency one time per 3 days.
