FAQ: Why doesn't our company email receive the notification emails?

There are 3 reasons:

The notification mails went to the Spam or Junk mailbox, please double-check on it.


Your company mail is out of space, please check and delete needless mail in both Inbox and Trash box.


Your company email has some settings to prevent email from somewhere. And it prevents email from us.

In order to solve the issues, please change the social email address that receives admin notifications such as Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail,... or ask your technical email team to check the company email.
