Here is briefly explanation to set up your subscription with each subscription plan type

Sometimes, you discover that you can see the bottom of your coffee box, you forgot buy it, this is awful. How do you start a new day without a cup of coffee?
Your customers can be in the same situation, don't worry. The SubBox app can help you create a subscription plan for your customers, they do not have to face that bad thing anymore!!

Prepaid (auto renew)






-Plan Types: Pay as you go. The subscription will be automatically charged until the subscription is canceled.

-Order Frequency: If the order frequency is 2 days which means the order will be created every 2 days. After that, you can do the fulfilment process normally by yourself.

-Display name: Here you can simply enter chosen name for your plan that can easily understand for your customers.

-Subscription can only be cancelled after those order (optional): If you fill out 1 here, this subscription will not terminate after the first payment is completed. This means your customers can cancel the subscription after first completed order depending on settings by yourself (click HERE for more information)
In case if you fill out 2, your customers require to have 2 completed orders, then they can cancel the subscription.

-Subscriptions expire after those order (optional): If you fill out 5 here which means the subscriptions will automatically expire when the fifth order is completed.

The order will be posted on your Shopify order's section







-Plan types: Prepaid Plan. The prepaid plan will only charged once, then the subscription will terminate.

-Fulfillment Frequency: If the order frequency is 2 which means the order will be delivered every 2 days.

-Display name: Here you can simply enter chosen name for your plan that can easily understand for your customers

-Number or fulfillments (times): If it is 3 times which means this order will have 3 fulfillments on your Shopify order's section. This means that the customer will be charged upfront.
Please note: You will do the fulfilment process normally by yourself.

The order will be posted on your Shopify order's section with 3 fulfillments
