Once there are fresh updated posts on Instagram, your media will need syncing in Media Source. There are two options of Auto-sync and Start sync:
Support to sync your media source automatically.
There are 3 period times: Weekly, Daily, 6-hour.
Manually sync your media source once you need to update your feed.
Click on Ellipsis (...) below Action
Click on the option suits your need
Please remove Gallery related to Media source before removing your Media source
