How to use Random Product autopilot

Articles on: Socialpublish

Autopilot is an indispensable tool that helps to create, schedule, and post all your content automatically. We believe it will be of great help to those that have many products with diverse categories, or those who just simply do not have time to manage their marketing posts.

Go to Autopilot > Create Campaign > Choose Random Product > Click on the social media account you want to set the autopilot

You can create multiple content templates by clicking the Plus sign. These contents will be assigned randomly to your products.

There are two ways to add content to your post:

Add your own content

Add Variant: Each variant is a component of the post (Product URL, Product Title, etc.). You can add and arrange these variants along with your content to have the content format you want. Refer to this article to know more about discount information.

Add Hashtag or Icon. Refer to this article to know more about Hashtag Group.

Use one of our existing templates by clicking on Add Template

See how your contents turn out

A preview window on the right allows you to see how the post will turn out. Click on Preview Other Product to see how your content looks on other products.

If you choose All Products, the Autopilot plan is applied for all available products in your store

If you choose Specific Collection, the Autopilot plan is applied for all available products within that collection. To do this, click Select Collection > Choose your desired collection > Apply. You can choose all available collections in your store.

Choose to display your product as Link or Image

Choose to include a logo and discount tag in your image. Refer to this article to know more about this feature.

Add Time and Publish Day

Note: If you choose more than three time slots, a warning will appear. We advise you to publish one post per day to avoid getting blocked by Facebook for spamming (especially if your page has less than 100 followers).

You can choose to repeat the autopilot when all products have been posted once. If you choose to repeat the autopilot and want the images to change when it runs again, enable the second option.

Click Create Campaign Your autopilot plan will appear, categorized by linked social media accounts.

If you want to edit the Autopilot, simply click on the plan. Moreover, you can choose to Pause or Delete it.

You can check the posts in queue by clicking on Queue. To learn more about Queue, please refer to this article.
