You're experiencing issues with expired items in Media source while making efforts to re-sync but failed? Don't worry, kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps 🔨
The images/ videos from Instagram feed is turned gray
Expired items keep showing in spite of numerous clicks on Start Sync button
Once your Instagram Business account is successfully connected, your media will be pulled into the app and displayed on your storefront via API Facebook. When this procedure is running, your access token will assist us in querying the API to get your data. However, when you no longer grant the app permissions, it will query and be returned null data from Facebook. As a result, your Instagram feed could not be updated.
In the case you uncheck the other Instagram business account, these accounts which are connected current will be expired and impact the media source. We highly recommend you should click "Next" to keep the current setting and avoid trouble
You will need to reconnect your account to ensure the app has permission to get your data one more time. Then, re-sync the Media Source for updating new media.
Reconnect your Instagram Business account
Choose Account tab
Choose Add account
Choose Business account and reconnect
Re-sync the Media Source
Choose Media Source tab
Click on your Media Source
Click on Start sync
Wait for the process to be done and Save
Your Instagram feed should now be updated successfully.
