How to manually sync and update your products to feed

When you make changes in Shopify or BigCommerce, you may want them to reflect in your product feed immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled sync. This guide walks you through manually updating your product data and syncing it with your sales channel.

Syncing New Data from Your Store



To ensure the latest updates from your Shopify or BigCommerce store are reflected, you first need to sync your store data with the Product Center. Follow these steps:

Open your app and navigate to the Product Center.
Click on the Sync Now button to pull in the latest data from your store.
Wait for the sync process to complete.



Once this step is finished, your store’s updated data will be available in the app.

Updating Your Product Feed



Now that your product data is up to date, you need to sync the feed to submit these changes to your sales channel. To do this:

Navigate to the Feed Management section in the app.
Click on Manual Submit to push the new updates to your selected sales channel.
Allow a few moments for the process to complete.



Your updated product details should now be available on your connected sales platforms.

Adjusting the Sync Timing



If the changes aren’t reflecting immediately, you can manually trigger the sync by adjusting the time setting. Here’s how:

Go to Settings in the app.
Locate the time synchronization option.
Adjust the sync time to one minute ahead of the current time.

- For example, if the current time is 9:12, set it to 9:13.

Save your changes and wait for the sync to process.



This step ensures the updates are pushed through without delay.
