How to fix common account errors in Google Merchant Center (Missing value [shipping])

Choose Shipping & Returns tab under the Your Business section > Click Add shipping policy button



Choose your shipping country or add one for it. It should basically be the target country you selected when you submitted the feed.



Select products that share shipping costs and delivery options

You can choose to apply the shipping on:

All products: Entire catalog of products
Specifc products: Select specific items using labels



Set your delivery times

By carrier: Select your carrier and Google will automatically estimate delivery times for your customers.



Enter specific delivery times manually: Use this if you ship from multiple locations outside of the United States, or you use different carriers depending on the shipping or delivery location.




Add your shipping costs.

It is difficult to correctly estimate shipping prices for each of the products, so Google offers multiple ways of setting up your shipping cost: free shipping, flat rate, price or carrier, etc.,...Please refer to this article for more details.




Once you have successfully added shipping policy, it will be displayed and visible on Google




Moreover, the shipping value will also be displayed within your product information. You can check by going to Products > All products > Click on a product and choose Shipping & tax calculator section.
