FeedHub offers fair refunds based on the unused portion of your plan. Let’s go through an example:
You’re on the Professional Plan ($29.90/month)
Billing cycle: November 15th - December 14th
You downgrade to the Standard Plan ($9.90/month) on November 30th
You will receive a $14.95 refund for the unused days of the Professional plan.
PayPal will charge $9.90 for the Standard plan going forward.
This process ensures that you only pay for the time you’ve used.
