How to Cancel Automatic Charges for the Next Billing Cycle on PayPal
If you decide to downgrade your plan, FeedHub makes it easy to do so while ensuring a fair refund for any unused time. To downgrade your current plan, please follow the instructions in this article.
For example
Let’s say you are on the Professional plan, which costs $29.9/month, and you have already been charged for the period of November 15th - December 14th.
- If you decide to downgrade to the Standard plan ($9.9/month) on November 30th (after using it for 15 days), the system will calculate the refund amount for the unused days.
- You will receive a $14.95 refund to the credit card linked to your PayPal account.
- PayPal will then charge the new Standard plan fee of $9.9/month, which will be the recurring charge moving forward.
To check your payment history, navigate to Pricing Plan > Check Payment History within the FeedHub app.

If you no longer wish to continue with your current plan after the billing cycle ends, you can cancel automatic payments through PayPal.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to Activity.
Find the invoice of your FeedHub plan.
Click Manage ... Payments.
Select Cancel.
Click Cancel Automatic Payment to confirm.

For example:
If you are subscribed to the Standard plan ($9.9/month) and wish to unsubscribe, you can cancel the next billing cycle in PayPal.
- Suppose your plan period is from October 21st - November 20th.
- On October 30th, you decide to cancel the automatic payment for the next cycle.
- You will still have access to the Standard plan until November 20th.
- On November 21st, your plan will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan (free plan).
Important Notes:
- Your settings, feeds, and variants will be preserved after downgrading to the Starter plan.
- Advanced features not included in the Starter plan will be disabled.
- If your feed update schedule was set to Hourly, it will automatically change to Daily.
- If your previous plan allowed for two feeds, and you deleted one, you won’t be able to create a new one under the Starter plan (which is limited to one feed).
With the new pricing plan available on BigCommerce, FeedHub users now have more control over their subscriptions. Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel auto-payments, FeedHub provides a seamless process to manage your plan.
