The main purpose of this integration is to enable merchants to post product reviews on social media. This will help build customer's trust and promote products in the most efficient way.
Before starting, please make sure that you have already installed Ali Reviews.
Go to Autopilot > Create Campaign > Select Social Proof
In Ali Reviews, there will be two types of reviews, which are customer reviews and imported reviews.
Regarding written customer reviews, once you approve them in Ali Reviews, our app will automatically sync these to our app.
Regarding imported reviews, you need to turn on the Share edited review in Socialpublish in order for them to be synced. As the name suggests, the imported reviews need to be edited in Ali Reviews to be eligible to be synced.
To edit the imported reviews in Ali Review, simply go to Import Reviews > Click on a product > Click on the Pencil button to edit the review
Note: The number of imported reviews can be huge and they do not always sound authentic, or they may lack a great deal of information (no image, review is not detailed). By letting you edit the reviews before syncing to our app, you can make sure that they truly compliment your brand to build up customers' trust most effectively.
Once you created a campaign, our app will sync the reviews based on the rules above.
You can also edit the settings further by choosing the Rating Options. For instance, if you choose 5 stars, only 5-star reviews will be published
Moreover, you can also choose to Share reviews with image to make them look more trustworthy.
Finally, you can choose the Time Interval between publishing each review.
Once you are done setting up the campaign, reviews that are synced will appear in the queue waiting to be published. You can go to Queue tab to check.
