How to create a Product Widget

Let’s walk through how to create, activate, and customize your Product Widget from start to finish.

Step 1 :Tag Products in Instagram Posts

Tagging products is the first step to populate your widget with Instagram content.

Steps

1. Go to the "Gallery" tab in your Socialwidget dashboard.
   
2. Hover over the image or video you want to tag.
   
3. Click “Tag products” and select the corresponding product.

💡 Make sure the product has already been synced into Socialwidget for easier tagging.

Step 2: Activate and Enable Product Widget

Once your products are tagged, activate the widget to display them on product pages.

Steps

1. Click on the “Product Widget” tab from your dashboard.
   
2. Toggle ON the widgets you want to display on product pages.

Step 3: Select Displayed Items in a Widget

Decide what content should appear in each widget and make changes easily.

1. Navigate to the “Product Widget” tab.
   
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the widget you want to edit.
   
3. Select “Edit”.
   
4. Toggle ON or OFF the “Show” button to control visibility.

Layout Settings

Popup Settings
