What is Collaborator account and why I need to create it?
What is Collaborator account?
Collaborator account allows our team to get access to your Shopify dashboard to check on the issue thoroughly
Collaborators don't count towards your staff limit
You can easily remove our account once the issue is fixed

Why our team need your Collaborator access?
In some difficult situations, when we need to login your account in order to investigate your issue(s) deeper and fix your issue(s), but you cannot create any more staff account due to your staff account limit in Shopify, so we will help you send the invitation for Collaborators account to access to your account instead.
After you accept our request email, the collaborators account is listed in the Collaborators section on the Users and permissions page in your Shopify admin.
Then we could login your account to check your issue(s), and take care of the rest for you.
How to share Collaborator code with us?
Please go to your Shopify dashboard > Settings > Users and Permissions > Scroll down to Collaborators section
Grant the Collaborator permission
If you set Only people with a collaborator request code can send a collaborator request, then our team will need you to provide us the 4-digit code to be able to send the request
What permission will we need?
Normally, we will only need some basic access permissions including Products, Online store (Themes), and our app (Socialwidget, Feedhub, OnePixel,etc.,) access permission.
For some specific situations, we might request other permission such as Home, Orders (including editing and exporting), Reports, Dashboards, Discounts, Domains and Manage settings permission as Shopify. Detailed can be checked on Shopify post
Accept our Collaborator request
You can find the Collaborator requests at:
Top of the home page of your Shopify store
The link in the invitation email
On Shopify settings --> Users and permissions
Remove our collaborator account once the issue is fixed
Go to your Shopify dashboard > Settings > Users and Permissions > At Collaborators section, find our account > Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click *Remove
