Kindly check and ensure that your located market is eligible to use Shops on Facebook and Instagram. Shops are eligible in North America and the US. Other regions may have different limitations on how Facebook Shops display. See the following article for details regarding supported Markets.

How to connect your Catalog to IG Shop and FB Shop?

Once you finish submitting your product feed to Catalog, you can easily connect this product feed to your IG and FB account to display these items on Shops




Go to Commerce Manager > select the Catalog that you want to connect to your Instagram business account

Choose Settings

Click Business Assets

Choose Facebook or Instagram tab to setup it as the sales channel you would like to connect your Catalog to

Add your Facebook or Instagram account
