How to fix common image errors in Google Merchant Center (Images too small)
When you create a Google product feed, it is highly likely that you will face some kind of errors or warnings from Google. Don't worry, our team is here to guide you to fix them.
Errors: Errors indicate critical feed issues. These issues can lead to item disapproval, and prevent you from showing ads for the affected products. In some cases, errors might even result in account suspension.
Warnings: Warnings are far less serious than errors as they do not lead to item disapproval. However, they still negatively impact the performance of your product listing ads. If you leave them untouched for a long time, your products might be disapproved.
Google decides that your image resolution is too low to be used for ads.
To get your products approved, you should improve your image quality to meet these requirements:
For apparel, Google requires images to be at least 250 x 250 pixels.
For non-apparel (everything else), Google requires images to be at least 100 x 100 pixels.
If you meet any issue while trying to fix these errors, do not hesitate to drop us a message in the live chat or email us at support@socialhead.io. We would love to help you out!
