How to add X (Twitter) pixel to OnePixel
Tracking user interactions and conversions is crucial for digital marketing success. The X Pixel (formally known as Twitter) helps advertisers track and optimize campaigns, and the OnePixel app allows seamless integration of this pixel into various platforms. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to connecting the X Pixel to the OnePixel app.

Important Notes
If you do not yet have a X Pixel ID in your X Ads account, follow these steps to create one:
Log in to your X Ads account.

Go to Events Manager Page.
Under the Tools tab, select Events manager.

Copy your Pixel ID from there.
This page typically consists of a list of your existing events and pixels.
If you DON'T see any, you might need to create a new pixel first.
Click on the “Add event source” or similar option to set up a new pixel.

View pixel details
After adding relevant details, click on the pixel you want to find the ID. This will open its details for you to copy the pixel ID

Now that you have your X Pixel ID, you can connect it to the OnePixel app.
Open the OnePixel app.
Navigate to the Other platforms tab.
Choose X and click Add New Pixel.

Enter the required information:
- Name this pixel
- Enter X Pixel ID
- Target

Click Save to add the new pixel.
A confirmation message will pop up once the pixel is added successfully.

OnePixel only supports manually adding the X Pixel and tracking events via the browser.
Once your X Pixel is set up in OnePixel, you can start viewing event data in your X Ads Manager
To ensure that tracking works correctly on your Shopify website, use X Pixel Helper to verify events.
Important Event Source Settings
- Type of conversion: Select Purchase.
- Our app currently supports tracking only the Purchase conversion type.
- Purchase Event Definition: A user completes a purchase of a product or service on the advertiser’s site.
