Microsoft Ads requires setting up a UET tag and a purchase conversion separately. If you do not have them yet, please kindly create them followed by this tutorial

Firstly, please log into your Microsoft Advertising account

In the menu, click Tools > Conversion tracking > UET tag then click Create UET tag.

Please fill out UET tag name and Save it.

In the next window, Microsoft asks how you want to set up tagging. Choose Install the tag yourself.

Then, click next until the new tag shows up in the UET tag list.

In the menu click Tools > Conversion tracking > Conversion goals then click Create conversion goal.

What kind of conversions do you want to track? --> Website

What type of goal do you want to set? --> Purchase

Goal Type --> Event

Edit event goal

Name: purchase
Action: equals to purchase
Revenue: Conversion action value may vary 0 USD (or the currency of your shop)
Keep the default settings for the advanced settings.

Set up tagging --> No, this UET tag is not installed on your website?

When do you want to track this event? --> Track event on inline action. That's all.

Please go to OnePixel app, in Manual input tab, choose "Microsoft", then click "Add New Pixel"

Input your information to add new Microsoft Pixel then click "Save" to add new pixel. The message will pop up when you add a new pixel successfully
