Now, you can add and manage multiple Shopify stores in our app under one Socialhead account! This saves you time switching back and forth, moreover, you can set up each store to import the exact products that you want.

Let's take a look at how this affects new users and existing users.

When you first install our app, there will be a prompt to Create a Free Account. You are able to sign up by using your Google, Facebook account, or your own email.

After successfully creating an account, you will be redirected to our app listing so you can choose the app that is most suitable to your business : FeedHub, Socialwidget, Socialpublish, Socialreply.

Click Install to get the app you choose.

You will be asked which store that you want to connect to our app. After entering the store domain, you will be directed straight to Socialwidget, Socialpublish and Socialreply.

For FeedHub, you will need to set up your source, so there will be a few more steps. Please refer to this article to learn about the setup process.

Once our app is updated, your account will be created based on email linked with your Shopify store. All you have to do is set a password. Afterwards, you will be directed straight to the app and everything is kept the same.

Once you've created Socialhead account, and you want to change that primary email, we now allow you to do that directly in-app.

First, please log-in to our app by your primary email => Click on your Avatar at the top of right side => then choose My Profile

In page Profile Info, you will see section Change Email

Click Change then typing your new email as well as the current password.

A verification code with 6 numbers will be sent to your new email, remember to check email and enter the code, then you'll be successful in updating the email.

In Profile Info, now you can set-up time zone in our app to match with time zone in your country. And you can easily manage and display the time zone for all Socialhead aplications.
