# 1.  Requirements Before Setting Up a Facebook and Instagram Shop

1. **Account permission**

* Having **Facebook business Page, Instgaram business account** and **Catalog** ready

* Please make sure your account is granted **full control** *of the business portfolio including business page, catalog, etc.,...*

2. **Eligibility**

Kindly check and ensure that your located market is eligible to use Shops on Facebook and Instagram. Shops are eligible in North America and the US. Other regions may have different limitations on how Facebook Shops display. # 2. How to connect your Catalog to Instagram Shop and Facebook Shop

Once you finish submitting your product feed to Catalog, you can easily connect this product feed to your IG and FB account to display these items on Shops

1. Go to [Commerce Manager](https://business.facebook.com/commerce/) > select the Catalog that you want to connect to your Instagram business account

2. Choose **Settings **

3. Click **Business Assets**

4. Choose **Facebook** or **Instagram tab**  to setup it as the sales channel you would like to connect your Catalog to

5. Add your **Facebook** or **Instagram account**
