# How to manage your feed (include specific collections/products, schedule submit frequency)

Each feed now has its own **Settings** section, allowing you to customize configurations for each feed independently. This is an improvement from the previous version, offering enhanced control over feed management. The **Settings** tab consists of three sections:

* **Account Information**
* **Feed Info**
* **Product Source Filtering**

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to configure these settings effectively.

# Account Information

In this section, you can view and manage your connected accounts, such as:

* **Google Merchant Center**
* **Facebook Catalog**
* **Facebook Shop & Page Shop**

Additionally, you can directly access your feed or catalog from this section.

# Feed Info

This section allows you to manage your **Feed URL** and schedule automatic submissions. Keeping your feed updated ensures data accuracy and optimization. The scheduling options include:

1. **Hourly Feed Submission**
* Set the frequency (minimum **every 3 hours**, maximum **every 12 hours**)
* Choose a starting time
* Select the appropriate time zone

Example: Setting **Every 3 hours**, starting at **4:44 PM**, in the **(GMT -4:00)** time zone means the feed will submit at **7:44 PM, 11:44 PM and so on**.

2.  **Daily Feed Submission**
* Choose a specific time for daily feed submission.

3. **Weekly Feed Submission**
* Select a specific day of the week for feed submission.

# Product Source Filtering

This feature enables you to select which products will be included in a specific feed. You can manually include products or set rules for automatic selection.

1. **Include Collections Manually**
* Select collections containing synced products.
* Click **Include Collections**, then **Add Collections** to choose collections for inclusion.

2. **Include Specific Products**
* Enable this option, then select **Specific Products**.
* Search for products by name and click **Insert** to add them to the feed.
* The included products will be listed by their IDs.

3.  **Include Products by Rule**
* Products matching the set conditions will be automatically included.
* Click **Condition(s)**, select **Field - Operator**, and input the desired value.

###### Condition Types:
* **OR**: Products meeting **any** of the conditions will be included.
* **AND**: Only products that meet **all** specified conditions will be included.

|| **Note:** The **Product Filter** in each feed is used to **include** products, whereas the [Source Filter](https://socialhead.crisp.help/en/article/how-to-conduct-source-management-includeexclude-collections-exclude-specific-products-and-variants-schedule-sync-sync-meta-fields-15jn393/?bust=1749527136211) is used to **exclude** products from your source.
