# How to create and upload a product feed to Tik-tok Catalog

# Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have the following accounts set up:

* A [TikTok Business account](https://www.tiktok.com/business/en/apps/business-account)
* A [TikTok Business Center account](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wi3oqRJTjWM) on TikTok Ads Manager

# Creating a TikTok Feed

Follow these steps to set up your TikTok feed in FeedHub:

1. **Navigate to Feed Center**

* Open FeedHub and go to **Feed Center**.
* Click on **Create Feed**.

* Choose **Connect with TikTok Catalog**.

2. **Log Into Your TikTok Business Account**

* A pop-up will appear prompting you to log into your TikTok Business account.

* Grant FeedHub the necessary permissions to access your TikTok Catalog.

3. **Configure Your Feed**

* Enter a **Feed Name**.
* Select your **TikTok Business Center** account.
* Choose the **Catalog** where you want the feed to be submitted.

4. **Create and Submit the Feed**

* Click on **Save**.
* Wait for the process to complete.

# Viewing Your Feed in FeedHub and TikTok Catalog Manager

After connecting your TikTok Business Center account, FeedHub will sync products from your store based on your selected settings. Here’s what you can expect:

* **Initial Status: Processing**
* When first uploaded, products will have a **Processing** status.
* TikTok reviews items before approval, which may take up to three days.

* **Status: Approved**
* Once approved, products will change to **Approved** status.
* You can then view them in your TikTok Catalog Manager.

* **Viewing Product Details**
* Open the **Products** section under the **Manage** tab in the **Catalog List**.
* Here, you can check the detailed information of the synced items.
